Logico Homes was founded in 2012 by Joe Calarco and has continuously grown since its inception, transforming into a multi-award winning, boutique building company which promises to deliver industry leading build quality and exceptional client service.

Management Team

Joe Calarco (Managing Director)

Joe holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons) through the University of Technology Sydney, a MBA (Merit) through the University of Newcastle and is also a licensed builder. Joe worked for several multinational engineering companies and was based in Singapore as an expatriate for 10 years, returning in 2009. He has since established himself in the building and construction industry, working as General Manager for a major building company in NSW and in 2012 founded Logico Homes.


Peter Trautman (Estimating & Procurement Manager)

Peter has been heavily involved in the building industry for over 40 years in varying capacities. Peter holds an Architectural Drafting Diploma and is also a licensed builder with a broad range of skills and knowledge that include, General Management, Architectural Design, Project and Construction Management, Estimating and Procurement. Peter has held key positions in some of the major building companies based in NSW.


Frank Salerno (Construction Manager)

Frank has worked in the building industry for over 30 years in varying capacities. Frank is a licensed builder with a broad range of skills and knowledge that include, Carpentry, Quality Control and Construction Management. Frank, with time has built a strong working relationship with major suppliers and most importantly a loyal working relationship with the trade contractors. Frank has held the position of Construction Manager in some of the major building companies based in NSW.


Peter Calarco (Financial Controller)

Peter has worked in the accounting and finance industry for over 10 years. Peter holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Double Major in Accounting and Business Law) through the University of New South Wales and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. Peter has worked with mid-tier accounting firms in the Sydney CBD and brings to Logico Homes a broad range of skills and knowledge that include, Taxation, Business Advisory, and Financial Accounting.


Annie Calarco (Interior Designer)

Annie has a unique passion for colour and design and holds a Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture through the University of New South Wales. Annie has over 10 years' design experience having previously worked for a major builder and a major supplier based in NSW.
