I built another house a few years back with a larger builder and the experience was terrible.
Words cant describe how happy I am with my building experience with Logico homes. Right from the start with the design and tender with Joe, right through to the build with Frank it has just been amazing. Everything has been so seamless and Joe and his team really do their best to make sure your experience is great.
My house is beautiful, the build time was amazing and the quality is out of this world. With any major project sometimes things go wrong and what really stood out for me was how quickly and painlessly any issues were resolved. There weren’t very many to begin with.
