To Joe & the Logico team
I am writing this letter to refer my experience with Logico Homes.
Renee and I bought a block of land at Oran Park and we started looking into what options we had for our first build. Being this was our first build, we honestly had no idea where to start and who we could trust in building our first home.
After spending many weekends going through every display home under the sun, we started to feel very overwhelmed and dissatisfied with the layouts and designs that we then decided to give up looking and look at other avenues.
After many conversations with friends and family on where to go next, a work colleague suggested to have a look at a home being built in Gregory Hills by Logico Homes. It was here where I first got in contact with the owner Joe Calarco and organised a sit down and meet.
After just one conversation and a little bit of information given over the phone, I was blown away at how organised Joe was on the first meeting at the house. He had so much information to share with me and he really did make Renee and I feel very welcome. It was here we went through the design/layout of the house and it was love at first sight. We honestly could not fault it and it was exactly what we were looking for.
During the contract process there was nothing to fault and everything was achieved in an organised and timely manner. Joe just made everything so easy for us.
Once the building process began Joe had given me a time frame in which this was all going to be achieved. Through the building process I had so many friends and family saying to me, “stay on top of them” and “check everything” however I really didn’t need to do any of that. The communication and attention to detail from Joe was outstanding. Every step, change and completion of construction was notified from Joe straight away via phone call and email. Joe really made the building process an enjoyable one for me and Renee.
I must give credit to the trade team of Logico Homes. The finishes through each process were absolutely superb. Whenever I went on site with Joe and bumped into the tradesman they also make you feel very welcome.
At the end of the build Renee and I were truly blown away with the final result. Everything went so smooth and all in a timely manner. We have been living in our home now for over 5 months and are so in love with our beautiful home which always gets compliments from whomever steps foot through the door. Joe and the Logico team really do make the process a comfortable one and we would gladly recommend Logico Homes to anyone trying to find the right builder. Again, a big thank you to Joe and the Logico Homes team and we hope that one day we get the opportunity to build with you again.
